MIAMI– FIU women's indoor track athlete Danielle McGonigle was named Conference USA Indoor Field Performer of the Meet, the league announced Tuesday.

The Delaware native picked up one of two golds on the weekend for FIU in the triple jump, defending her 2025 gold medal by once again winning with a personal-best jump of 12.67m. McGonigle had an outstanding weekend, recording personal bests in the 800m (2:37.12), long jump (5.88m) and the pentathlon (3501).

McGonigle and co. will prepare for the NCAA Indoor Championships next beginning on Friday.
