DALLAS – Beach Volleyball has been honored with four players on the 2026 Conference USA Beach Volleyball postseason awards, highlighted by two Panthers earning placement on the First Team.

The FIU's top duo in junior Katarina Drozd and sophomore Brianna Luoma both earned placement on the CUSA First Team All-Conference. The pair played every dual together on the season, all of which coming on court one against their opponents' best competition. Drozd and Luoma won 16 matches together, including two against ranked opponents in then-ranked No. 17 North Florida and No. 19 Boise State, both of which coming in three-set results. The pair also went 2-0 in the CUSA Beach Volleyball Championships, beating their Missouri State and UTEP counterparts in straight sets. It is both Luoma and Drozd's second year in a row being selected to First Team All-Conference.

Freshman Isabella Pereira was honored to not only the CUSA All-Freshman Team, but was also a Second Team All-Conference selection in her first year in collegiate beach volleyball. The Tampa native spent every match of the season on court three, winning a team-high 18 matches, including three ranked opponents in then-ranked No. 15 Florida Atlantic, No. 13 Hawaii and No. 19 Florida Atlantic. Pereira also won all three matches she played at the Conference USA Beach Volleyball Championships, beating Missouri State, UTEP and the one-seed Florida Atlantic.

Freshman Elizabeth Nye was the final Panther awarded CUSA Postseason honors, with the first-year seeing herself placed on the CUSA All-Freshman Team along with her freshman counterpart in Isabella Pereira. Nye won 11 matches on the season, with all of her wins coming on court four. Some of her best victories came against the likes of RV Coastal Carolina, Sam Houston and USF. Nye also saw herself win her first ever CUSA Championships match, beating UTEP in a 3-0 victory for the Panthers.
