Central Catholic: Joined the FIU football program as a walk-on in 2012...had offers from Assumption and Hobart, but wanted to play Division I football...was a Tampa Bay Times All-Pinellas County selection...2012 Associated Press Class 3A All-State First-Team...team advanced to the Class 3A State Regional Semifinals in 2011...played on the North Team in the 17th Annual Pinellas County All-Star Game...also selected to play in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association North-South All-Star Game in Sebring...initially drew interest from The Citadel, Duke, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, USF and UCF.
