As a Junior (2013): Finished the year third on the team with a .308 batting average…Did not make an error in the outfield for the Panthers…Tallied 21 multi-hit games on the season…Held the second longest hitting streak on the team in 2013, going 12-straight games with a hit from March 31 to April 27…Recorded his first career hit in an FIU uniform against Stony Brook (2/16) to go along with four runs scored…Had a big weekend against Manhattan, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one home run and three RBI in the opening game (2/22)…Followed that up with a one hit, two runs and two RBI against the Jaspers in the second game (2/23)…Concluded the series with a 2-for-4 effort with two runs and two RBI as the Panthers swept the Jaspers (2/24)…Went 2-for-5 with an RBI against Texas Tech (2/25)…Went a combined 5-for-10 in a home series against perennial power Mississippi…Tallied six hits in the series against Rice, including a 2-for-5 performance with two runs and an RBI in the middle game of the set (3/9)…Recorded his first three-hit game at Florida Atlantic (3/16)…Went 3-for-4 with two doubles, three runs and one RBI vs. Florida A&M (4/3)…Continued his hot hitting with back-to-back two-hit performances against ULM…Recorded five hits in the Middle Tennessee State series, including a 2-for-4 effort with a home run, double and two runs scored in the middle game of the three-game set (4/20)…Opened up the Louisiana series going 2-for-4 with a double, two runs and an RBI (4/26)…Went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored to help FIU take the first game in the UALR series (5/10)…Was 3-for-3 with a double in the final game of the regular season vs. Florida Atlantic (5/18)…Drove in a run against Louisiana in the SBC Tournament (5/22)… Played a critical role late in FIU’s SBC Tournament win over UALR (5/23) as he helped hose two runners, one at third and the potential tying run at home, to save the victory for the Panthers.

Prior to FIU: Played for Head Coach Jason Hisey at both Pima Community College (2011-12) and Ironwood Ridge High School in Tuscon, Ariz…. Hit .320 with 30 RBI and 20 extra base hits for Pima in 2012… Finished his high school career earing first-team all-state, all-conference and all-southern Arizona honors as a senior… Hit .440 with three home runs, 35 RBI and 57 hits… Hit for the cycle and went 5 for 5 with a pair of homers and eight RBI in a game his senior year… He also strung together a streak of eight consecutive at bats with an extra-base hit… Recruited out of high school by Western Oregon, Delaware and Cal State-Chico.
