As a Junior (2013): Sat out for his redshirt season

Prior to FIU: Played two seasons at the University of West Virginia where he played in 28 games over two seasons… He graduated from Camp Hill High School in Camp Hill, Pa., where he was a four-year letterwinner and starter under Head Coach Brad Shover… He was a two-time state champion and 2009 district champion… Four-time Mid-Penn baseball all-star… First-Team All-Region by The Sentinel in 2010 and second-team all-region in 2008 and 2009… Three-time Mid-Penn Capital Division all-star… He also played soccer and basketball and was recruited by Villanova, Maryland and Penn State.

Personal: Born on March 17, 1992 in Washington, D.C…. Son of Sherry and Lawrence Keslar IV… Has two brothers, Robbie and Jack and one sister, Madison… His father played baseball at Duke and his grandfather, Dr. Larry Thompson, played basketball at Duke… He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing video games and shooting skeet or trap in his spare time… Majoring in liberal studies and aspires to play baseball professionally and become an architect.
