2013 (Sophomore): Played in four games for the Panthers, making one start…Earned 115 total minutes of action…Earned his first start of the season vs. Charlotte (11/8), where he recorded two shots on goal.

2012 (Freshman): Played in 17 games with 13 starts… Added helpers against Stetson (9/22) and FAU (10/30)… Took a total of eight shots with a season-high three against UAB (10/6)… Played a total of 1,098 minutes including a season-high 109 against Memphis (10/27).

Prior to FIU: Played at Tyler College from 2010-12 where he won the JUCO National Championship in 2010… Scored five goals and had 10 assists at Tyler while holding down a 3.18 GPA… Played for club Team Boca where he was a state champion in 2008… Scored 32 goals and had 28 assists in his career at Majority Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla.

Personal: Born April 20, 1990 in Cambridge, Mass…. Son of Tania Azevedo and Marcos Cesar DeOliveira… Has three siblings, Marcos, Jose and Patricia Rios… His brother Marcos played soccer at FIU (2007-10)… Plans to play professionally and coach soccer after graduation… Enjoying watching movies, listening to music and relaxing with his friends and family… Plans to major in sports management.
