2015 (Senior): Appeared seven games for the Panthers...Completed 5-of-20 passes for 132 yards and one touchdown...Also rushed for 90 yards on 10 carries...Recorded 34 yards on the ground on one rush versus Charlotte (11/7)...Completed 2-of-5 passes for 98 yards and one touchdown versus UTEP (10/10)...Connected with Shug Oyegunle for a 79-yard touchdown strike (fourth-longest in school history)...Made FIU debut coming off the bench at Indiana (9/12)...Completed 3-of-10 passing for 34 yards and ran for 33 yards on three carries, including a career-long, 23-yard run.

2014 (Redshirt Junior) (Pittsburgh): Appeared in three games for Pitt...Completed 11-of-18 passing for 155 yards and one touchdown...Had a career-high 135 yards passing, completing 8-of-15 including his first-career passing touchdown (35-yard pass to Isaac Bennett).

2013 (Junior) (Pittsburgh): Redshirted the 2013 season.

2012 (Sophomore) (Pittsburgh): Played in one game (Gardner-Webb) and completed 2-of-2 passes for a career-high 53 yards.

2011 (Freshman) (Pittsburgh): Joined Pitt as a training camp walk-on...impressed during camp and was awarded a scholarship prior to the Sept. 3 season opener vs. Buffalo...played in four games (Maine, Notre Dame, Rutgers and Utah)...completed 12-of-33 passes for 55 yards with three interceptions.

Pearland: Led Pearland to a 16-0 record and the Texas Class 5A Division I state championship as a senior...threw for 2,898 yards and 24 touchdowns, both single-season Pearland school records...finished his career as the school’s all-time leader in passing yards (4,654), completions (306) and touchdown passes (41)...threw only three interceptions in 16 games his senior year, and only one of those picks led to points for the opponent...also rushed for eight touchdowns on the season...in the state title game against defending champion Euless Trinity in Cowboys Stadium, Anderson perfectly executed a trick pass “dead man” play that resulted in a key touchdown...the play was a top-10 highlight on ESPN and became a YouTube sensation...became the first Pearland quarterback to be named to the Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA) All-State Team...All-District 24-5A...selected to play in the Texas-Louisiana Bayou Bowl all-star game...played under Coach Tony Heath...earned three varsity letters in football and one in baseball.
