2019 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR): Appeared in 16 games, making 9 starts... Was a force in FIU’s backline, helping the Panthers allow one goal or less in seven of his nine starts... Started and played 76 minutes in FIU's shutout against No. 10 ranked Charlotte (10/18)... Started and played 82 minutes in FU's shutout victory against South Carolina in the C-USA Tournament Quarterifinal match (11/13)... Contributed to four clean sheets victories for FIU in 2019... Helped FIU achieve a third overall ranking in C-USA in categories of goals allowed and goals-against-average... Started and logged 100 minutes in a double overtime battle against UNF on Sept. 17... Played a full 90-or-more minutes twice during the season... Logged 842 minutes throughout the year... Contributed 10 shots for FIU on the offensive side, including five on-goal... Was stellar in the classroom in addition to his responsibilities as an athlete, posting a 3.270 GPA... Was named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the 2017-18 academic year.

2018 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 13 games, with six starts… Totaled four points on the season, with two goals and no assists… Scored his first goal of the season against South Carolina (11/2)… Recorded a game high of two points against South Carolina, and also versus Marshall (11/7) in the Conference USA Tournament Quarterfinals… Finished third on the team in goals, while only taking seven shot attempts… Boasted the second-highest shot percentage on the team at .207 percent… Tripled his minutes played from the previous season with over 600 minutes on the year… Hassan logged 90-or-more minutes twice during the 2018 season.

2017 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Appeared in six games, with three starts… An anchor on the backline, Hassan assisted the Panthers in three of their five shutouts on the year, against Ohio State (8/27), North Florida (9/26), and No. 24 New Mexico (10/21)… He assisted the Panthers in a program-first undefeated regular season, and an eight-match winning-streak… He totaled over 200 minutes on the year.
