2013 (Freshman): Was given an opportunity at the end of the season and came up big, going 10-for-22 with a .455 batting average…Opened the season five for his first six, including four-straight hits coming on pinch-hitting appearances…Earned his first career start at UALR (5/10), going 3-for-3 with a double, one RBI and two runs scored…Started against FAU (5/17) and went 2-for-2, reaching base three times.

Prior to FIU: Played for Head Coach Phil Wisser at Coral Gables Senior High School in Coral Gables, Fla., where he was named First-Team All-Miami Dade his junior year… Hit .350 with two home runs and 32 RBI as a sophomore, .545 with two home runs and 29 RBI as a junior and .363 with three home runs and 31 RBI as a senior.
