2023 (Redshirt Senior): Made 10 appearances and started six games for the Panthers … Pitched 24 innings and struck out 19 batters … In FIU’s, 5-4, victory over Florida Gulf Coast (4/19), he started and threw three innings, striking out two … Matched a career-high with four innings pitched against Middle Tennessee (3/31), striking out two Blue Raiders … Punched outs a season-high five batters in three innings of work as FIU defeated Harvard (3/3), 4-3 … Pitched three scoreless innings as the starter in the, 3-2, win against George Mason (2/18).

2022 (Redshirt Senior): Made seven appearances, pitched nine innings and struck out 14 batters … Struck out a season-high four batters in two innings against Rice (5/1) … Struck out all three batters he faced in the win against Bethune-Cookman (4/26).

2021 (Redshirt Junior): Appeared in one game, starting one game… Was 0-0 with a 0.00 ERA… Pitched 5.0 innings allowing zero runs with five strikeouts and a .176 BAVG… Lone appearance of the season came against UIC on 2/20.

2020 (Junior): Redshirted

2019 (Sophomore): Appeared in 12 games, started eight… Was 2-3 with a 5.70 ERA… Pitched 47.1 innings allowing 30 earned runs with 40 strikeouts and a .289 BAVG… Collected only save of the year on 4/20 at ODU… Went eight scoreless innings with 10 Ks against Bethune-Cookman on 5/1… Named Conference USA Pitcher of the Week for the week of 5/6.

2018 (Freshman): Appeared in eighteen games, started three. . . Was 2-4 with a 5.79 ERA. . Pitched 28 innings allowing eighteen earned runs, 32 strikeouts and .204 BAVG. . .Had nine appearances without allowing a run. . Pitched 2.1 innings allowing no hits, no earned runs, one walk and three strikeouts against UTSA (4/22). Pitched 2.1 innings allowing one hit, no runs, three walks and four strikeouts in a win against Grambling (2/23). 2018 C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Prior to FIU: Played at American Heritage where he was an All-Star and posted a 0.82 ERA with 82 strikeouts and walked just 19...Recruited by Florida Atlantic.

Personal: Son of Osmany and Barbara Santana... Majoring in Sports Management… Father, Osmany played minor league baseball in the Cleveland Indians organization.
