2023 (Junior): Played and started in 53 games at second base for the Panthers … Finished the season hitting .267 with 59 hits, three home runs, 30 RBI and six stolen bases … Was named to the 2023 CSC Academic All-District Team with a 3.50 GPA ... Registered a hit and two RBI in the regular season finale win over Rice (5/20), 10-7 … Register a career-best four hits in the series opener against Rice (5/18) … Went 1-3 with a three-run home run in a, 13-4, win over Charlotte (5/12) … Went 3-5 with three RBI against No. 22 UTSA (4/21) … Went 2-4 with three runs scored, a walk and two Rbi in the, 16-2, win against FAU (4/8) … Capped a 15-game hit streak with a 1-4 performance against UAB (3/24) … Went 2-4 with a walk and two RBI in FIU’s, 7-6, win at Dallas Baptist (3/19) … Had two hits and two RBI in a, 9-8, win over Harvard (3/5) … Finished 3-5 in the series opening victory over Harvard (4-3).

2022 (Sophomore): Started 46 games in his second season with the Panthers, hitting .255, two home runs, 15 RBI and nine stolen bases … Went 2-5 in a win over UAB (5/14), logging three RBI including stealing home … Logged two RBI against Southern Miss (4/15) after going 3-4 at the plate … Went 1-3 with a homerun and two RBI against USF (3/15) … In a 3-1 win over St. Thomas (2/19)  he went 2-3 with two RBI and hitting his first home run of the season.

2021 (Freshman): Appeared in 47 games, starting 47 mostly at third base… Hit .215 with one home run and 17 RBIs… Had 32 hits with four doubles… Drew 10 walks and was hit by four pitches for a .282 OB%... Collected five multi-hit games… Had six multi-RBI games… Made his FIU debut against UIC on 2/19… First career home run came at Miami (FL) on 4/7… Went three for four with two RBIs and a run scored at FAU on 5/2.

Prior to FIU: Played at Calvary Christian Academy… Ranked the 202nd best overall player nationally and the 43rd best shortstop nationally by Perfect Game… Ranked the 42nd best overall player in Florida and the 10th best shortstop in the state by Perfect Game.
 
Personal: Son of Kimberly and Joe Girardi… Majoring in Communication of Organizational Studies… Father, Joe, is the Manager of the Philadelphia Phillies.
