Personal: Born Aug. 9, 2005...Son of Fredrick and Buffy Koczwara… has a younger brother, Hudson… father rowed for Bucknell and mother played softball at Tallahassee Community College.

Who was your favorite MLB player growing up — and what did you learn from them?: Carter Capps, I loved how he threw and his unique style of throwing.
If you could trade places with any teammate for a day, who would it be and why?: I would switch places with Braden Consaul to throw a 3k spin breaking ball.

What’s your “why” — what motivates you to keep getting better every day?: During my junior year, a lot of people thought I was really bad, and I just want to be someone my old self would look up to.
Who’s someone who’s had the biggest impact on your baseball journey?: My mom, she took me to every practice and every game and I wouldn’t be here without her.
