Redshirt Junior (2021): Appeared in 12 games, starting seven… Was 3-3 with a 3.99 ERA… Pitched 38.1 innings allowing 17 earned runs with 29 strikeouts and a .232 BAVG… Pitched the sixth no-hitter in FIU baseball history on 4/17 going seven innings while striking out four members of The Herd… Casey’s no-no was the first solo no-hitter by a C-USA pitcher since 2005… Was named C-USA Pitcher of the Week and a Collegiate Baseball National Player of the Week on 4/19… Struck out a career-high five batters over five innings at Coastal Carolina on 3/13… Was named to the 2021 C-USA All-Academic Team.

Junior (2020): Appeared in five games, starting none... Was 3-0 with a 3.38 ERA... Pitched eight innings allowing three earned runs with 10 strikeouts and a .219 BAVG... Lead all Panthers in wins... Pitched 2.1 scoreless innings against Fordham on 2/15... Struck out a career-high six batters over 2.2 innings against George Mason on 2/22. *Canceled due to COVID-19 Outbreak*

Sophomore (2019): Appeared in 10 games, started two… Was 0-1 with a 9.00 ERA… Pitched 12 innings allowing 12 earned runs with five strikeouts and a .333 BAVG… Missed the first part of the season while recovering from Tommy John surgery.

Freshman (2018): Appeared in 10 games out of the bullpen... FIU's most effective reliever before undergoing Tommy John surgery... Was 2-0 with a 2.92 ERA and 2 saves... Pitched 24 2/3 innings, allowed 15 hits, eight earned runs, 12 walks and struck out 32... Held opposing batters to a .176 average... 2018 C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll. C-USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal.

Prior to FIU: Played at Hebron Christian where he was the Team MVP his senior year...Compiled an 11-3 record with a 1.96 ERA and struck out 106 batters in 74 innings. Also hit .331 with 7 HR...Made the principal's honor roll in all four years at Hebron...Recruited by Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Dartmouth, Columbia and Kennesaw State.

Personal: Son of Steven and Ju-Chun Casey...Majoring in marketing.
