2007 (Sophomore): Ray Guy Award nominee...set school single-season records with 75 punts for 3,040 yards and a 40.9-yard average...only had three punts go for touchbacks...also had the three longest punts in school history; 66 vs. Maryland (9/8) and 68 and 71 yards vs. Troy (10/6)...set single-game records for punts with 11 against Penn State (9/1), punt yardage (459) and punt average (50.7) on nine punts against Troy (10/6)...forced 10 fair catches and placed 13 of his punts inside the 20, tying for second on the single-season list...also had 11 punts travel greater than 50 yards...led the Sun Belt in yardage and ranked sixth in average...vs. North Texas (12/1): Averaged 34.2 yards on four punts with one fair catch and a long of 44...vs. FAU (11/24): Punted seven times for a 50.7 avg with a fair catch and one punt inside the 20...vs. UL (11/17): Averaged 41.2 yards on five punts with a long of 53 and one punt inside the 20...at Arkansas State (11/3): Put one punt inside the 20 and averaged 42.0 yards on five punts...his final punt of the game set a school single-season record with 59...at Arkansas (10/27): Punted a season-low three times for 87 yards and 29.0 average...at ULM (10/20): Forced one fair catch on seven punts with a 41.3 average and a long of 50...his 289 yards pushed him past Doug Jones into first place on the single-season list...vs. Troy (10/6): Set or tied four single-game punting records...tied a record with four punts inside the 20, set a school records for average (50.7), yards (456) and long punt (71)...bested a record 68-yard punt in the first quarter with a 71-yarder in the second quarter, both of which surpassed his own school record of 66 yards...his 456 yards punting broke his previous record of 437 yards...at Middle Tennessee (9/29): Averaged 38.5 yards on four punts...at Kansas (9/22): Punted seven times for an average of 34.1 yards and had his only punt blocked during the season...at Miami (9/15): Punted six times for a 40.5 average...placed three punts inside the 20...vs. Maryland (9/8): Boomed a school-record 66-yard punt and punted seven times for a 42.4 average, also a school record, including two fair catches and a punt inside the 20...kicked off after a safety 48 yards...at Penn State (9/1): Punted a school-record 11 times for 437 yards and a 39.7 average...had three punts fair caught and two inside the 20.

2006 (Freshman): Left-footed kicker who was the team’s top punter for the first eight games of the season...punted 54 times on the year, four shy of the school record...averaged 35.4 yards per kick with 12 of those downed inside the 20-yard line...had four games with eight punts and another with seven...punted eight times for an average of 41.9 yards that included three kicks over 50 yards and four downed inside the 20 at Maryland (9/23) ...kicked off twice, once each against Louisiana-Monroe (11/11) and Florida Atlantic (11/25)...had punts blocked in consecutive games at Miami (10/14) and Alabama (10/28)...made one tackle versus Bowling Green (9/16) and scrambled for 11 yards against SBC champion Troy (12/2).

Palm Bay High School: A three-year football and four-year soccer star at Palm Bay who was voted Class 5A all-state first-team punter and District 11 first-team punter and kicker for head coach Dan Burke...named by Gator Bait magazine as one of the top five punters in Florida...led conference with a 46.9-yard punt average...Florida Today Player of the Week and recipient of District 11’s Leadership Award...member of the All-ESPN team and was an ESPN Player of the Game...played in several high school all-star games.
