“A big, physical tight end that we’re excited to have at FIU. The biggest thing with Davis is his size and strength. He’s an exciting player to watch as a big threat at the tight end position. Not only can he block, but he can also run. Off the field, he comes from a football family, and no matter where you put him, he loves the game and loves being around his teammates. What makes Davis exciting to coach is his combination of size, strength, and physicality in the run game, while also having the ability to get out in space, run routes, and catch the football. We see Davis making an immediate impact on our program as a true freshman. He’s the big, physical tight end we’re looking for in the run game, but he’s also more than capable of running routes, catching the ball, and making defenders miss in open space.”
