2013 (Sophomore): Lined up with the first and second-team defense during the spring.

2012 (Freshman): Played in 10 games, starting two…started back-to-back games vs. Arkansas State (10/4) and vs. Middle Tennessee (10/13)…totaled eight tackles, including five solo…also had 2.0 tackles for loss for nine yards, 1.5 sacks for nine yards and one pass break-up…recorded one tackle, an assisted sack, in his first start vs. Arkansas State…followed up with a season-best three tackles (two solo) vs. Middle Tennessee, including a six-yard sack…had another tackle at Troy (10/20), then tied his season-high with three stops at South Alabama (11/3)...began his FIU career as an early enrollee during spring 2012.

North Carolina Tech: Attended one year of prep school before signing with FIU.

Burke: 2010 Region Defensive Player of the Year...2010 The Post and Courier All-Low County Team selection...as a senior at Burke, team shared the Region 6-A title and earned the No. 3 seed in the Division I-A Lower State playoffs...as a senior at Burke, team shared the Region 6-A title and earned the No. 3 seed in the Division I-A Lower State playoffs...a two-time All-Region selection, 2009-10...played tight end and defensive tackle, finishing his senior season with 107 tackles, 15 sacks, 35 tackles for loss, 28 receptions, 420 yards and two touchdowns...originally signed with South Carolina State out of high school.
