Biography

2010 (Sophomore): One of six returning Panthers to start every game in 2010... had 29 tackles, including three for loss and 1.5 sacks... had a season-best six tackles against WKU (10/9)... had five stops at Louisiana (11/20)... matched his season-best with six stops against Arkansas State (11/27)… had three tackles in FIU’s victory over Toledo at the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl (12/26).  

2009 (Freshman): Appeared in eight games and was credited for four tackles, a half sack and one pass breakup.

High School: His great play on the defensive line earned him first team All-Chicago Parochial and first team All-ESCC Conference...also was Marian Catholic's Defensive MVP.

Personal: Son of Daryl and Michelle Forney... has two brothers, Jacon and Jon... was on the honor roll at Marian Catholic... majoring in business administration... was also recruited by Eastern Illinois, Southern Illinois, Western Illinois, Northern Illinois, Drake and Western Michigan.
