2004 (Junior): Proved his worth as a third wide receiver and return specialist...good understanding of the slot position and the FIU offensive system...led the team with 10 punt returns for 99 yards and an average of 9.9 yards per return...also had 10 kick returns for 199 yards (19.9 yards per return)...his season-long 18-yard punt return came against Florida A&M (11/27) and his season-best 30 yard kick return came versus McNeese State (10/23)...caught two passes on the year, one each at Louisiana-Monroe (10/16) and Florida Atlantic (12/4)...also was forced to make a tackle following an interception at UL Monroe.
2003 (Sophomore): Made the most of his one game played with seven catches good for 74 yards against nationally-ranked Florida Atlantic (11/22)...hooked up with quarterback Josh Padrick for a career-best 34-yard reception...also ran back a kick against the Owls for 21 yards and returned a punt.
2002 (Freshman): On the receiving end of three touchdown passes from quarterback Jamie Burke while seeing action in 10 games...had 13 receptions overall for 187 yards, an average of 14.4 yards per catch...longest catch of the year went for 23 yards and a touchdown in the victory over Butler (9/14)...recorded a season-high four catches, good for 38 yards and one touchdown, vs. Gardner-Webb (10/26)...three receptions for 55 yards and a score came in the come-from-behind win over Albany (11/9)...had one rush, on an end around, against national champion Western Kentucky (10/12)...capable kickoff and punt returner who averaged 23.2 and 9.0 yards respectively in limited duty...longest kick return went for 34 yards against Jacksonville (10/31)...called upon to make a tackle following an interception against No. 8 Maine (10/19).
Miami Senior High School: A 2000 third-team All-Miami-Dade County selection as a senior and a member of the county all-star team for head coach Earl Tillman...caught 45 passes for 950 yards that year as well as five rushes for the Stings, good for 55 yards...also played AAU basketball...one of the 5,000 Role Models of Excellence.
