Manatee:  Committed to FIU on January 25, 2011…chose FIU over offers from Bowling Green and Temple…2010 Associated Press Class 5A All-State Honorable Mention…named to Friday Night Football’s All-West Coast Team…was chosen as a Manatee County All-Star to compete in the 2010 Police Athletic League (PAL) Bowl…selected as team captain for his senior season…helped lead Manatee deep in to the Florida Class 5A state championship playoffs as both a junior and senior…in 2010, Manatee advanced to the state semifinals in Orlando, falling to eventual champion St. Thomas Aquinas…in 2009, Manatee went all the way to the state title game, only to drop a 21-14 to Tampa Plant.
