2020: Played in all five of FIU's games in 2020, earning the starting nod once at linebacker against WKU (11/21)... Earned 10 tackles on the year, with five being solos... Also posted one tackle for loss and one sack... Best performance came at WKY (11/21) as he earned a career-high seven tackles against the Hilltoppers. 

2019: Played in 12 games as a true sophomore... Earned nine total tackles on the year, with six being solos... Had a season-high three tackles against FAU (11/9), while earning a tackle-for-loss as well. 

2018: Appeared in 13 games at linebacker, making two starts… Ranked third on the team with two interceptions, and tied for most among linebackers… Scored a team-high two defensive touchdowns of the season for FIU, both of which came on interception returns… In a home win versus UMASS (9/15) he returned an interception for 59 yards, which was FIU’s longest interception return of the season… Also returned an interception for a 39-yard touchdown during a road win at UTSA (11/9)… Jacques-Louis recorded 15 total tackles on the season including 13 solo tackles, two unassisted, one tackle for loss, and one sack… He ranked fourth among FIU linebackers in total tackles… Had a season-high five tackles against Indiana (9/1) … Also recorded one quarterback hurry during the season… Jacques-Louis was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team following the season.

PREP CAREER: Was a defensive end in high school at Dunbar HS in Fort Myers, Florida...  Ranked as No. 10 in the News-Press and Naples Daily News The Big 15... Rated as a three-star recruit coming out of high school... Was offered by Appalachian State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Tulane and UCF... Accumulated 95 tackles and 26 sacks along with a fumble recovery his junior year at Dunbar HS (Fla.).
