2006 (Redshirt Junior): Enjoyed a break-out season at a defensive tackle position...started nine of the 10 games he played...finished the campaign with 17 tackles (10 unassisted)...career-high six tackles (three solo) and a tackle for a loss of 1 yard at Florida Atlantic (11/25)...recorded a pair of tackles with his lone sack of the year against Sun Belt Conference champion Troy (12/2)...also had two stops in games versus Middle Tennessee (8/31), South Florida (9/9) and North Texas (10/7).

2005 (Sophomore): Shuttled between the offensive and defensive lines, seeing action in five games on the year...assisted on tackles against North Texas (10/15) and Western Kentucky (11/19)...recovered a second-quarter fumble that led to a touchdown in the victory over WKU.

2004 (Redshirt): A transfer from the University of South Florida who showed continued progress right through spring drills.

Northwestern High School:  Class 6A second-team all-state talent for head coach Roland Smith...first-team all-county selection who played in the Dade-Broward all-star game...team captain who anchored a line that helped the Bulls become one of the top rushing teams in the state...played on the state championship team as a junior and returned to the state finals as a senior.
