2020: Played and started in four of FIU's five games in 2020, anchoring the offensive line at the center position... Helped pave the way for three 100-yard running backs, with a pair of 100-yard rushers against Middle Tennessee (10/10)... Helped D'vonte Price rush for 148 yards to open the year at Liberty (9/26), which was the 14th-most rushing yards for FIU by a single player at the time... Earned All-Conference USA Honorable Mention Team honors.

2019: Played in all 13 games, starting 12 times along the offensive line... Began the year at guard, before moving to the starting center role... Aided an offensive line that allowed just 14 sacks on the year, which tied for the fifth-lowest in the nation and first in C-USA... The 14 allowed sacks also ranked as the third-lowest in FIU history...  Earned five games with over 400 yards of total offense., with three of those eclipsing the 500-yard mark... Paved the way for three-straight 100-yard rushing games for Anthony Jones, the most since Rashod Smith in 2004... Helped Kaylan Wiggins gain 187 yards on the ground in the victory over New Hampshire (9/14), ranking as the third-highest for any player in the league last season... Aided the offensive line to a 350-yard rushing game in the win over Charlotte (10/12), ranking as the fourth-most in school history. 
 
2018: Appeared in 13 games at right guard, making nine starts… Was part of an offensive line that allowed a school-record low eight sacks all season, which ranked first in Conference USA and third overall in the nation… McGough helped the FIU offense rank first in average points per game (34.6), total touchdowns (58), total points (450), third-down conversion percentage (46.8), and fourth-down conversion percentage (65.2)… His contributions on the offensive line helped fuel a run game that accounted for 175.8 rush yards per game and 27 total rushing touchdowns, both of which ranked third overall in C-USA… Also helped FIU achieve an average of 4.8 rush yards per carry, which ranked second in C-USA… McGough was named to the C-USA Honorable Mention Team following the season.

2017: Appeared in nine games, two as a starter, on the Panthers' offensive line. 

2016: Redshirted during the 2016 season.

PREP CAREER: Earned 2015 All-Hillsborough Honorable Mention recognition at Gaither HS…Named a First-Team All-Western Conference selection in 2015…A three-year varsity letterwinner at Gaither High School under Head Coach Jason Stokes…A two-way player for the Cowboys, seeing action at offensive and defensive tackle…Named a 2014 First-Team All-Western Conference selection and an All-Hillsborough County Honorable Mention honoree.

PERSONAL: Older brother is former Panther great and NFL quarterback Alex McGough.
