2016 (Senior): Appeared in 18 games, making 11 starts …  Playing a disciplined defensive role at midfield, Midttun assisted the Panthers in all six of their shutouts on the year against Wisconsin during a 1-0 win (9/2), scoreless draws against Niagara (9/4) and South Carolina (10/10); a 1-0 win over Florida Atlantic (10/21); a 2-0 win over UCF (10/25); and a 2-0 victory over Old Dominion at the Conference USA semifinals (11/11) … He totaled 956 minutes on the year.

2015 (Junior): Made 10 appearances, with seven starts…Registered one assist and eight shots, also recording three SOG and a SOG percentage of .375…Recorded his first point of the season during a 3-0 win at Stetson (9/6)…Totaled 532 minutes. 

2014 (Sophomore): Played in all 16 games, making 14 starts, tallying 1,109 minutes, scoring one goal and recording five shots…Played the full 90 minutes or more in six contests…Scored the game-winning goal in the 2-1 victory over Florida Gulf Coast (9/24). 

2013 (Freshman): Played in 16 games during his rookie season, making 12 starts…Played 1,021 total minutes, playing 90 or more minutes in two contests, including a season-high 106 minutes vs. South Carolina (10/30)…Tallied two assists on the season and recorded 12 shots…Earned his first career assist at Princeton (9/27)…Assisted on a goal in a 4-0 victory over Marshall (10/6).
 
Prior to FIU: Comes to FIU from Boca Raton, Fla., where he played center-mid for Boca Raton High School and USSDA Weston FC…Earned First Team All-County all four years at Boca Raton, scoring a total of 32 goals and 54 assists as a Bobcat…Was a member of a Shultz Academy team in 2010, that won the Super-Y National Championship as well as the 2010 South Florida Elise Squad that was crowned State Champions…Chose FIU over Duke, North Carolina, and St. John’s University.
