2025 (Redshirt Junior): Made 13 appearances, posting 12 starts with a 4-1 record…struck out 51 batters in 40.1 innings with a .224 B/AVG…in season-debut, struck out five batters in five scoreless innings (career-high) with one hit allowed vs Stonehill (2/15)…registered a career-high of nine strikeouts in four innings vs New Mexico State (4/12)…punched out eight batters in five innings allowing one hit at Middle Tennessee (3/30) in 10-5 victory…threw four scoreless frames and six strikeouts at Bethune-Cookman in 9-1 victory (3/25)…allowed no runs over three innings vs Delaware (2/21)…in relief, threw two no-hit innings vs Bucknell in 8-6 win (3/16)…posted scoreless frame at Louisiana Tech (4/5)…struck out six batters in three innings with one earned run at Kennesaw State (4/18)..gave up one earned run over two innings vs No. 17 Western Kentucky in 7-5 win (4/27).

2024 (Redshirt Sophomore): Made 15 appearances, making 10 starts for the Panthers…struck out 28 batters in 26 innings…logged a career-high of seven strikeouts in three innings vs Florida Atlantic (3/9)…threw three scoreless frames with three punchouts in a 1-0 win vs Florida Atlantic (4/16)…struck out the side at Iowa (5/18)…allowed just one hit in three scoreless innings vs Miami (5/14).

2023 (Sophomore): Missed the 2023 season due to injury.

2022 (Freshman): Made 12 appearances and pitched 13 innings in his first season with the Panthers … Struck out a career-high three batters in 1.1 innings pitched in a game against UTSA (4/23) … Made his collegiate debut in a game against (2/27) Michigan, also picking up his first strikeout.

Prior to FIU: Played at Marion High School… Perfect Game grade of 9… Ranked the 12th best overall player in the state of Iowa and the sixth best right-handed pitcher… Helped Marion to a 2021 State Championship… Was named First-team All-State and the WAMAC Conference Player of the Year.
 
Personal: Son of Chris and David Puk… Majoring in Sports Management… Brother, AJ, was selected sixth overall by Oakland A’s in the 2016 Major Baseball Draft and currently plays for Arizona.
