Jack Sprague was named Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach at FIU in January of 2022 after previously serving in an assistant coach role. He oversees men's basketball, dive and women's golf.Â
Prior to FIU, Sprague was an Assistant Director Strength Coach at The Citadel from 2017 to 2019. While at The Citadel, he worked with football, track, baseball and volleyball. Sprague also had stints working at Villanova, Holy Cross and Assumption College. Â
A native of Maynard, Massachusetts, Sprague obtained a bachelor's degree in health education from Worcester State in 2015. Â
