Rebekah Machovec was hired as Assistant Coach prior to the 2023 season.
Machovec helped the Panthers advance to the semifinals of the 2023 CUSA Championships, a first for the program since 2018.
A native of Buckhead, Ga., Machovec enjoyed a standout collegiate career at Flagler College, being named to the 2020-21 Peach Belt Conference (PBC) First Team. She also earned two selections to the PBC's All-Tournament team, racking up 572 career kills. Machovec also played at Palm Beach Atlantic as a part of its Beach Volleyball program.
Machovec graduated from Mill Creek High School in Hoschton, Ga. and was a multiple-time letterwinner in both volleyball and basketball. She was named First Team All-County and All-Area during her prep career.
