PRIOR TO FIU
Attended Richmond-Burton Community High School, where she lettered in volleyball four times…also lettered in track and field, three times…was awarded Most Improved Player (2015) and received High Honors (2012-15)…led the Rockets to a Regional Championship (2015), Conference Championship for track and field (2015), a Sectional win (2015) and State victory in the 4x200…was a member of PRIDE, her Senior Class Council, Feed My Starving Children and St. Baldricks…was also recruited by Alabama A&M, Brevard, Beloit and University of Dubuque.
 
PERSONAL
Born October 17, 1997…daughter of Douglas and Monica Halverson…has a twin, Miranda and a younger sister, Adelaide…plans to major in pre-law political science with intentions of attending law school upon graduation…enjoys running, swimming, working out, skiing, shopping and spending time with friends and family.
