MIAMI (Nov. 20, 2013) - The FIU women's basketball team (0-3) ends its Boston road trip tomorrow, tipping off against the Boston College Eagles at 7 p.m. from the Conte Forum.

Last Time Out
The Panthers fell to the Harvard Crimson (3-1), 64-52, Tuesday night from the Lavietes Pavilion. Senior Jerica Coley drained 24 points on 9-of-27 shooting, while going 2-of-8 from 3-point range and hitting 80 percent from the line. The two-time Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year and 2013-14 Conference USA Preseason Player of the Year extended her streak to 33-straight games scoring in double figures, dating back to her junior year. It's the 25th time since the 2012-13 season that Coley has scored 20-or-more points. Freshman Janka Hegedus tallied nine points, going a perfect 3-for-3 from the floor and hitting both attempts from beyond the arc. The two 3-pointers were the first and second of the Hungary native's collegiate career. Redshirt freshman Brianna Wright and junior Tynia McKinzie each scored six points apiece.

The Panthers held an 11-point lead at half, as FIU held the Crimson to its lowest single-half points total of the season, 32-23. Harvard went on 13-6 and 14-6 runs in the second to win, 64-52. FIU finished the night shooting 79 percent from the line, converting on 11-of-14 attempts and beat the Crimson 20-15 on the boards. Harvard held a slight edge in rebounds, 41-38, and the two teams were knotted with six steals apiece. FIU's defense was able to keep Harvard in check, limiting the Crimson to its lowest points total of the season and well under its 79.5 points per game average.
