@FIUSwimDive Competes in Indian River Tri-Meet on Tuesday

MIAMI  (Dec. 14, 2015) – The FIU swimming and diving team travels to Fort Pierce, Fla., to take part in the Indian River Tri-Meet on Tuesday, Dec. 15. The tri-meet is set to begin at 10:30 a.m. ET.
 
The meet will feature FIU, Indian River State College and Florida State. The Seminoles come into the mid-week meet ranked No. 34 by CollegeSwimming.com.  
 
The Panthers, No. 19 in the current CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major poll, come into the tri-meet with a 5-1 mark this season, with wins over Conference USA foes Rice (133-90) and Florida Atlantic (138-62) and then-No. 24 Miami (Fla.) (122-83).
 
On the year, FIU has claimed five C-USA weekly honors (Swimmer of the Week and Diver of the Week), including two-time winners Kyna Pereira and Rebecca Quesnel.
