Chinn adds former Maryland colleague Sydney Durrah as an Assistant Director of Women’s Basketball Operations and Video Coordinator

MIAMI (May 19, 2015) – Women's basketball Head Coach Marlin Chinn completed his staff with the addition of his former Maryland colleague, Sydney Durrah, as the Assistant Director of Women's Basketball Operations and Video Coordinator.

"I've known 'Syd' for over four years now, and she has an incredible work ethic," said Chinn. "I anticipate her being a great asset to our program."

Durrah has spent the last four years at the University of Maryland in a variety of capacities, most recently as its head women's basketball manager where she oversaw the day-to-day activities of 11 student managers. She also worked closely with coaches in practices and games as well as traveling with the Terps to all always games to assist in any administrative duties as needed. In addition, Durrah also served as a video and graphics intern for Maryland. She generated recruiting mailouts and produced multiple graphics for the Maryland social media outlets.
