MIAMI (May 4, 2015) – Head Coach
Katarina Petrovic announced on Monday the addition of
Sandra Honigova to the women's tennis roster. She will be joining the program at the start of the fall semester.
Honigova is a native of the Czech Republic and has been ranked as high as No. 685 in the WTA Rankings. In 2014, Honigova reached the finals of the ITF 10k Tournament in Antalya. That same year, she was ranked No. 45 in the Czech Republic among all women's tennis players. She also claimed the team Czech Championship in September of 2014. In 2013, Honigova represented the Czech Republic in the Junior Team European Cup.
