ATLANTA (July 23, 2020) - The Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) announced its 2019-20 Academic Honor Roll with 546 student-athletes named to the list. Those student-athletes encompass the three sports sponsored by the conference. To earn Academic Honor Roll status, the student-athlete must be on the current squad list and receive a minimum 3.00 GPA on a 4.00 scale during the 2019-20 academic year.

FIU beach volleyball posted 20 athletes on the list, which tied for the league-best. The Panthers went 8-1 during the abbreviated 2019-20 season. The team went 5-0 at home, and the two-time American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-American duo of Federica Frasca and Margherita Bianchin went undefeated on court one.
