MIAMI (April 16, 2021) – No. 13 FIU beach volleyball heads to DeLand, Florida, for the Stetson Tri-Match on Saturday, April 17. The Panthers are set to take on No. 14 Florida Atlantic and the No. 17 Hatters at the Cooper Beach Courts.

The Panthers begin the Tri-Match against host Stetson at 10 a.m. ET. The team battles FAU for their third time this season at noon.

FIU comes into the duals following an abbreviated showing at the Unconquered Invitational hosted by Florida State last weekend. Despite having the second day of competition cancelled due to rain, the Panthers went undefeated at the tournament, taking down Coastal Carolina 4-1 before knocking off then-ranked No. 3 FSU 3-2, snapping the Seminoles' 22-match home winning streak.

The three-pairs who went undefeated were Roberta Ribeiro and two-time AVCA All-American Federica Frasca on court one, Lina Bernier and Ali Denney on court three and Abbie Hughes and Paige Kalkhoff on court four.
