MIAMI (May 1, 2021) - The FIU softball team dropped its doubleheader with WKU on Saturday, as the Panthers celebrated Senior Day for six student-athletes.

Tori Jones,
AnnMarie Cooker,
Brianna Bahadue,
Kameron Aitken and
Natane Castaneda were all recognized between games of Saturday's doubleheader at Felsberg Field.
Rivera earned two hits on Saturday, including a homer in game two, which now gives the senior a team-high seven for the year.
Jones returned to action for the first time since March 11, after suffering an injury that was thought to sideline her for the rest of the season. The senior earned two hits in a pair of starts at third base on Saturday.
FIU held a 3-1 lead after three innings in Saturday's first game, but WKU scored three runs over the next two frames to earn the 4-3 victory. The Panthers dropped the second game on Saturday 10-1, with Rivera's solo homer being the lone score for FIU.
