MIAMI, Fla. – The FIU women's soccer team looks to conclude the 2022 season on a strong note this Saturday night, hosting Middle Tennessee at FIU Stadium for its home and regular-season finale at FIU Soccer Stadium.
Saturday, Oct. 29 vs. Middle Tennessee (2-11-3, 0-7-2 C-USA)
FIU enters its final game of the 2022 season, as the Panthers will entertain the Blue Raiders in efforts of ending the season on a high note while exceeding last season's win total.
The Conference USA announced its Women's Soccer All-Academic Teams on Friday, as two Panthers collected league honors in sophomore defender Reagan Bridges (First Team) and junior midfielder Dominique Marcelli (Second Team).
A win on Saturday would vault FIU into a ninth-place finish within the league to conclude the season, while Middle Tennessee currently sits 11
th with a 0-7-2 C-USA mark.
Nikole Solis continues to lead the team with six goals and will certainly look to spark her magic for the Panthers in Saturday's finale, while efforts from
Noemi Paquin,
Dominique Marcelli,
Kim Schneider,
Catherine Rapp and
Sydney Amparo will also be crucial to a season-ending win.

The Panthers fell in double OT in last season's matchup in Murfreesboro, Tenn., 3-2.
A win over the Blue Raiders would mark FIU's first win over Middle Tennessee since Oct. 2, 2016 (3-2, 2OT).
