JACKSONVILLE, Florida (March 5, 2022) – No. 17 FIU beach volleyball topped Coastal Carolina and Jacksonville to close out the UNF Invitational. The Panthers took down Coastal Carolina 4-1 and Jacksonville 5-0.
Paige Kalkhoff and
Giada Bianchi dominated both duels caging the Chanticleers 21-17, 21-15 before downing the Dolphins 21-6 and 21-9.
The pairing of
Gina Lipscomb and
Zuzanna Bielak started day two off with a dramatic 26-24, 21-13 win over Coastal. Lipscomb and Bielak prevailed 21-12 and 21-9 over Jacksonville in the night cap.
