TUSCALOOSA, Ala (October 12, 2023) - The FIU Panther cross country program is set to compete in its final regular season meet, running at the Crimson Classic hosted by the University of Alabama. 

The action will kick off at 8:30 AM CT with the men's 8K, followed by the women's 6K at 9:20 AM.

MEET CENTRAL 

The FIU women are coming off one of its most impressive performances in recent history, taking third place at the FSU Invitational in Tallahassee. The Panthers were led by Valerie Lastra, who paced FIU with a fifth-place overall finish of 17:30, a 13 second personal best.
