MIAMI - The College Sports Communicators, formerly known as CoSIDA, announced its Women's Soccer Academic All-District accolades on Tuesday, as junior
Reagan Bridges was honored for her contribution on and off the pitch among the all-district nods.
Bridges, a junior from Littleton, Colorado, adds to her C-USA All-Academic First Team honors this season, holding a 3.98 GPA as a Chemistry/Natural & Applied Science major. The third-year defender has played a significant role on FIU's defensive line, having started all 18 games played this season while second on the team with a total of 1,517 minutes played behind 14 full-game performances. Through just three seasons, the Colorado native has started all 48 career games she's appeared in donning the Blue & Gold. Additionally, Bridges has tallied a career-high in goals with two, netting headers against Stetson (8/31) and Sam Houston (9/21) while logging a assist on the campaign.
This season, Bridges was named to the CUSA All-Academic First Team and a CUSA All-Second Team Selection while earning her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District Honor.
