Irvine, Ca. – The No. 15 FIU beach volleyball team (9-9, 0-1 CUSA) competed against Concordia University Irvine for the first time in program history and earned an important road win, 5-0 at the Irvine Valley College beach volleyball courts Tuesday morning.
The 5-0 win was the third sweep on the year for the Panthers after defeating Coastal Carolina and Florida Southern College by the same score earlier this season. The win also moves FIU's record back at the .500 mark as the team enters the midway point of the season.
The Panthers made another lineup change going into the road trip and these were the starting pairs that led to the sweep:

The Panthers' west coast swing continues, and their next stop will be in Long Beach, Ca. to compete in the Long Beach Tri-Dual on Thursday, March 30. The Panthers will play Stanford at 3:30 pm ET and wrap up their stay with a matchup against Long Beach State University at 6:00 pm ET.
