Long Beach, CA. – The No. 16 FIU beach volleyball team will in stay in California with their next stop in Long Beach to compete in the Long Beach State Tri-dual against No. 10 Stanford and No. 12 Long Beach State University on Thursday, March 30 at the Rosie's Dog Beach sand courts.

The Panthers (9-9, 0-1 C-USA) are coming off a 5-0 win against Concordia University Irvine to even their record back to .500. The sweep over CUI was the third sweep for the Panthers this season.
Long Beach is undefeated in three duals against FIU with the last meeting coming in the 2017 season. LBSU is entering their matchup against the Panthers winning nine of their last 10 matches with Hawaii snapping their nine-game win streak.
Stanford enters the week with a 13-6 overall record and sits at No. 10 in the AVCA rankings after coming off a pair of sweeps of San Francisco and San Jose State on Monday but are 3-3 in their last six duals.
