Miami, Fla. – The No. 12 FIU beach volleyball team (14-14, 0-1 C-USA) closes out its regular season this weekend when they welcome No.18 Stetson University and St. Thomas University on Friday, April 14 at the FIU Beach Volleyball Courts. First serve against the Hatters is scheduled for 10:00 am ET and 2:00 pm ET against the Bobcats.
The Panthers' season finale will be the next day on the road when they take on their conference rival, Florida Atlantic University, on Saturday, April 15 at the 2023 "Battle of the Beach Burrow". That match is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm ET.
FIU Beach Volleyball will be celebrating Senior Day as well as their 10
th year as a program on Friday. The Panthers will honor seven seniors with a ceremony being held at 1:40 pm ET, right before the beginning of their match against St. Thomas.

Last weekend, the Panthers went a perfect 4-0 at the "Osprey Beach Invitational" and have clawed their way back to the .500 mark with an opportunity to finish the season with a winning record.
At the Osprey Invitational, FIU defeated Saint Leo University 4-1, No.19 UNF 3-2, UNCW 5-0, and Mercer 5-0. The win against UNF was the Panthers' fourth win this season against a ranked opponent and the back-to-back sweeps against UNCW and Mercer marks the fourth and fifth sweep for FIU.
