Miami, Fla. – The No. 13 FIU beach volleyball team (10-14, 0-1 C-USA) is back on the road for four matches at the University of North Florida's "Osprey Beach Invitational" Tournament from April 7-8 in Jacksonville, Fla. at the Cooper Beach Volleyball Complex.
In day one of the tournament, the Panthers will face Saint Leo University and the host, No. 19 UNF. Day two will feature FIU playing the University of North Carolina Wilmington and conclude the tournament against Mercer University.
The Panthers have returned from a long west coast road trip coming out with wins against Missouri State, Concordia Irvine, and an upset victory over No. 8 Hawai'i.
The event will feature five schools, two that are currently in the top 20 AVCA poll:
University of North Carolina Wilmington
Saint Leo University
Florida International University- No.13
Mercer University
University of North Florida- No.19

UP NEXT
The Panthers will head back to Miami for their final home match of the season as they host Stetson and St. Thomas University this Friday, April 14 at the FIU Beach Volleyball Courts. FIU will be honoring their seniors as well with the first serve scheduled at 10:00 am ET against the Hatters.
