TALLAHASSEE, Fla (September 29, 2023) - The FIU cross country program is set to hit the course once again, competing at the FSU XC Invite Friday morning at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee. 

Action will kick off with the men's 8K at 7:40 am, and the women's 5k at 8:15 am.

The Panthers enter this meet coming off a trip to Gainesville two weeks ago at the UF Mountain Dew Invite. 

The meet will feature 37 teams on the men's side and 40 teams on the women's side including Auburn Montgomery, Barry, Beacon College, Bethune-Cookman, Central Florida (women), Daytona State, Eastern Florida, Edward Waters, Embry-Riddle, FIU, Flagler, Florida, Florida A&M (women), Florida Atlantic, Florida College, Florida Gateway, Florida Gulf Coast, Florida Southern, Florida State, Florida Tech (men), Florida Track Club (men), Freedom Running Club, Huntingdon, Jacksonville, Lake-Sumter State, LSU, Miami (Fla.), Nov Southeastern, Palm Beach Atlantic, Pasco-Hernando State, Presbyterian, RunningFIT, Savage Running (men), South Florida, South Florida State (women), Southern Wesleyan, Stetson, Tallahassee CC (women), Tampa, The Journey (women), Thomas (Ga.), Valdosta State, and West Florida.
