BOCA RATON, Fla. — Women's golf finished its first meet of the Spring season at the Florida Atlantic Paradise Invitational on Wednesday afternoon, coming in 14th of the 16 competing teams.
The Panthers shot rounds of 313-286-298 over the three-day invite. The team shot +33 over the par 72, 6,204-yard course.
Day-two was the team's best round, shooting -2 and three Panthers shooting under par.
Sophomore Amandine Seguin was at her best, ending as the Panthers' top finisher and 16th in the 90-golfer field. The France native shot even over the three days, ending with scores of 75-70-71, with the last two days shooting below par.
Romane Poissonnier ended second on the team, shooting +9, while Emma Jaczkovics was third with a score of +11. Both freshmen shot one-under on day two with scores of 71.
Catalina Harvey and Gabriella Gomez were fourth and fifth in the tournament for the Panthers respectively, with Harvey shooting +15 and Gomez ending +17.
UP NEXT
The Panthers will travel to Michigan for the Michigan State-hosted Spartan Suncoast Invitational on February 15-16.
