FT. MYERS, Fla. - Beach Volleyball will head to the gulf coast when they participate in the Eagle Invitational on March 20-21. The Panthers will play FGCU and Jacksonville on day one, before seeing conference opponent Sam Houston and Palm Beach State on day two.

FIU will match up against the host-school FGCU in their first match of the invite. This season, the Eagles are 9-8 so far, going 3-2 in their last meet at the Stetson Tournament. The Panthers will see Jacksonville for the second dual of the season later in the day. FIU dropped their contest against Jacksonville earlier this season, but were 7-0 all-time against the Dolphins before the match.
Day two will begin against Conference USA foe Sam Houston for their first match against the Bearkats in their respective program histories. SHS is 1-10 on the season, with their lone win coming against Nicholls. FIU will end the meet against Palm Beach State, already beating the Panthers once this season. 5-0.
