FRISCO, Texas - Women's golf ends round one of the 2026 CUSA Golf Championships in third place of the 10 competing teams, ending with a team score of 295, seven-over par.
Sophomore Catalina Harvey ended with the best score in the field through day one, shooting a score of 70, two-under par, tied for best in the field. Freshman Romane Poissonnier also had a good day, shooting an even 72, tying for sixth of the 50 competing golfers.
Senior Gabriella Gomez ended with the team's third best score through 18 holes played, ending day one shooting a 75, three-over par. Sophomore Amandine Seguin was fourth on the team with a score of 78, while freshman Emma Jaczkovics shot an 82.
