MIAMI — FIU football will host the next 2026 edition of the Willie Simmons Coach's Show on Monday evening, Sept. 28, at 6 p.m. from Twin Peaks Doral.
 
Host Corey Brooks will sit down with head coach Willie Simmons to recap the Panthers' 20-3 victory over LIU on Saturday, Sept. 26, while also previewing FIU's upcoming matchup against New Mexico State on Wednesday, Oct. 7, for Vice Night.
 
FIU defensive lineman Kenton Simmons will join the program following a standout performance against the Sharks, recording two sacks to help lead the Panthers' defensive effort.
 
For those unable to attend, the show will also be live-streamed at fiusports.com/TwinPeaksLive. Panther Nation can find additional coverage on FIU's social media accounts.

Twin Peaks will have its traditional Happy Hour deals extended until 7 p.m. for fans to enjoy in the patio area, of which are:

During the event, promotional ticket giveaways will also be done for those in attendance. The show will of course lead into the NFL's Monday Night Football, of which Twin Peaks Doral will have its traditional deals, which are as follows:
