MIAMI (March 28, 2019) – To open the longest road swing of the season, the FIU baseball team (11-14, 2-4 C-USA) will travel up the coast for a three-game set with fellow South Florida foe Florida Atlantic (16-9, 5-1 C-USA).
Friday's game is slated for a 6:30 p.m. ET first pitch before a 4:00 p.m. ET start on Saturday and a 12:00 p.m. ET Sunday matinee to end the weekend. All three games can be watched on

LAST TIME OUT
FIU fell in both games of a home-and-home series against Florida Gulf Coast to cap midweek action. The FGCU series was a series of firsts for multiple Panthers.
Nathan Housen and
Rhett Rutledge each recorded their first-career hits on Tuesday night, while
Kaeber Rog was given his first-career start in a Panther uniform Wednesday.
Everett Hurst was also given his first start of the season on the mound in Wednesday's series finale.
UP NEXT
After finishing the weekend set with FAU, the Panthers will head west to the Lone Star State for the second leg of the road trip. FIU is set to play Houston in a midweek before heading across town for a three-game set with Rice over the weekend.
