MIAMI (March 6, 2019) - The FIU softball team will welcome Boston College to Miami on Thursday, March 7 as the Panthers and the Eagles are set to play at 7 p.m. ET.

LAST TIME OUT
The FIU softball team had a perfect weekend at the Madeira Beach Invitational in Madeira Beach, Florida as the Panthers went 5-0 over the weekend with wins over Georgia Southern, Penn State, Villanova, Siena and Detroit Mercy.
 
IN THE CIRCLE
In the circle, Kendahl Dunford is currently 6-1 on the year, pitching three complete games this season. The sophomore picked up wins against Penn State, Siena and Detroit Mercy over the weekend. 

AT THE PLATE
Jackie Schoff  leads the Panthers at the plate, as the senior is averaging .410 with 15 runs, 25 hits, seven RBIs. Schoff has collected three doubles, three triples and five walks. Fellow senior Natalie Orcutt, who leads the team with 15 RBIs, is hitting .314 at the plate with 11 runs. Orcutt also owns four doubles, a triple and a homer this season as well.

UP NEXT
The Panthers return to Felsberg Field on Friday, March 8 to host the FAU/FIU invitational from March 8-10 with North Dakota State, Purdue, Stony Brook, East Carolina and Long Island visiting Miami.
