Last Time Out
The Panthers rolled past PVAMU on Dec. 6, defeating the Panthers, 77-52, as three players scored in double-figures in the victory. Senior Jerica Coley registered 25 points, while going a perfect 8-for-8 from the line. The two-time Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year and 2013-14 Conference USA Preseason Player of the Year extended her streak to 37-straight games scoring in double-figures, dating back to her junior year. It's the 29th time since the 2012-13 season that Coley has scored 20-or-more points.

Junior Kamika Idom scored 13 points, one-point shy of her season-high, going 4-of-8 from the floor and a perfect 3-of-3 from the line. Redshirt sophomore Brianna Wright scored eight points, while collecting a season-high tying 11 boards. Junior Tynia McKinzie went 4-of-5 from the charity stripe, adding 10 points and eight rebounds, as sophomore Taylor Shade dished out a career-high seven assists, while tallying seven points.

FIU's 77 points is the highest the team has netted so far this season and the most since Jan. 19, when the Panthers put up 82 against Troy.

Scouting the Golden Eagles
Under the direction of Head Coach Jim Davis, TTU is 3-6, most recently losing back-to-back games against South Alabama and Memphis on Dec. 7 and Dec. 14, respectively. The Golden Eagles are led by Diamond Henderson, who is averaging 18.8 PPG, shooting close to 45 percent from the floor and 73 percent from the line. Henderson is the only Golden Eagle who is averaging double-digit scoring on the team. Down low, T'Keyah Williams leads TTU on the boards with 61 rebounds this season, averaging close to seven a game. TTU is averaging 69 points-per-game, while opponents are averaging 74 points per game. The team is shooting just under 70 percent for free-throws, while opponents hold a slight 38-36 edge in rebounds. The Golden Eagles are committing two more turnovers a game than their opponents.

Series History
FIU holds a 1-0 edge all-time versus the Golden Eagles, defeating TTU, 90-88, in OT during the 1991-92 season.
